Well, the 25 Day Maintenance Diet did work that well. I ended up gaining 16 pounds. Granted, this was the Holidays and I did not work out for almost 3 weeks. I spent some time with my family which was nice. My whole family was together for Christmas for the first time in at least 6 years. Also, as discussed in an earlier post, I finally joined The Tequila Club.

Being overweight was my worst experience. I know, fat look creates such an awful situation in your life. When I was fat, I had to face many difficulties as I was unable to have a single happy day. Everyone ignores and teases me which was the worst thing. I decided to lose my weight and researched to look for best and quick ways to reduce the exhausting body fats.
